Reporting to the Managing Director, the job holder will be responsible for the management and will provide leadership towards the achievement of the firm’s goals in line with the company vision and values. The key tasks will involve;
Duties &Responsibilities
- Daily running of the company
- Required posts to be timely staffed and appropriately manned according to contract requirements in Coordination with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels.
- Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews.
- Assist staff to solve complex or out of policy operation problems.
- Schedule and conduct departmental meetings.
- Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.
- Communicate with Supervisors, Managers on department operations.
- Approve and coordinate telecommuting arrangements.
- Monitor company’s daily security operation.
- Petty cash analysis book
- Creditors analysis
- Expenses analysis
- Maintain discipline in the firm.
Qualifications
- Must have a university degree in a security/management course.
- Must have served for a minimum of 5 years in a similar position.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must have leadership and supervisory experience
- Knowledge in the security field is an added advantage
