The role:
- Effective management of branch resources within the set limits.
- Timely and efficient response to customer inquiries/issues at the branch while providing world class customer service.
- v Effective and timely address to all planning, organizational and branch administrative issues.
- set targets through employee performance.
- Growing deposits in line with set targets and increased number of accounts.
- A well managed portfolio at risk and advances book.
- Achieve set audit standards and with no repeat exceptions.
- Adherence to the DTM’s policies and procedures.
- Effective communication with all departments and other branches within the institution.
- Accurate and timely branch updates and reports.
- Evidence of the ability to prioritize and organize a heavy workload.

- Hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounts or related field.
- Professional banking qualifications or CPA (K) qualifications a plus.
- Have a minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience in a similar position with proven result track record.
- Be able to understand and implement processes and procedures.
- Understand the Micro finance Act, Banking Act and Central Bank of kenya (CBK) clearing procedures.
- Understand operational risk issues and policies.
